How to Do it: Transform your crop by setting most of your hair in big pin curls, then take longer pieces and roll and twist them before pinning up. For the full fringe, create a pin curl that stands straight up at the base. Once hair has dried, brush gently; re-twist and pin the nape for a thicker shape.
